Enterprise admins managing hundreds of users across teams were hitting the ceiling of a system that was built for small groups, not organizations.
The approach
Applied Jobs-to-be-Done framework to reframe the problem. Redesigned the permission model and group hierarchy to scale gracefully from 10 to 10,000 users.
